Nagarjuna's Bhai is a romantic comedy entertainer, Akkineni Nagarjuna and Richa Gangopadhyay Playing lead roles in this movie. Tamil actor Prasanna and Sonu Sood playing an important roles. Bhai movie was directed by Veerabhadram and produced by Akkineni Nagarjuna under Annapoorna Studios in association with Reliance Entertainment.

Nagarjuna performed 3 different shades in this movie, one was he played as a foriegn Don right hand, second one he will be seen as Tappori, the last one he was searching his family. The film is related to mafia, as the first half of the movie will be backdrop of mafia and the second half of the movie will be entertainment. Nathalia Kaur and Hamsa Nandini played opposite Nagarjuna in an Item song for this movie. Nathalia Kaur was Brazilian Model called for special song in this movie. Kamna Jethmalani was roped in for a special role in the film. Sekhar Kammula's Life Is Beautiful fame Zara Shah got the chance to work with Nagarjuna in this film. Richa Gangopadhyay played a female lead role in this film. While Richa's performance was matured and shared screen with nagarjuna.

The music is plus point for this movie. The music composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
